The Stockland’s Outreach team operates on Thursday evenings from 5pm to 10pm and Saturday afternoons from 12pm to 5pm, throughout the entire year.

This team works with Stockland’s management and security staff to ensure that safety and quality support is provided to young people during high traffic hours.

We may assist where incidents take place, in liaising between young people and response staff; we may also provide transportation to places of safety and access to further support services, where appropriate.

If you see our friendly staff, make sure to stop and have a yarn or ask for some help if needed.
