What do we offer?
Reconnect is a community based early intervention program that is federally funded by the Department of Social Services to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people aged 12 – 18 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Reconnect staff use a range of interventions and strategies with young people and their family such as:
- Assessment and goal setting

- Group Work
- Practical Support
- Therapies (individual and family)
